    Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation is an NGO (Regd. No. - S\/1L\/80761)<\/strong>, working with the marginalized and destitute sectors of the society, needing support health care facility, since 2011. At present we are working with the people having high risk of HIV and other STIs along with mentally disable persons. Currently we are running a 25 bedded mental health hospital under Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation (C.E License No.: 34345020 and Mental Health License No.: L\/MHA-78\/2018). Our organizational policy is comprising with a set of rules, which clearly depict the responsibilities, processes and timelines that govern the role of every stake holders connected with the organization. The Governing Body of the Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation is responsible for preparation, maintenance and amendment (if requires) all the policies. Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation has created few committees\/sub-committees to run the organization smoothly. All the committees\/sub-committees must have at least 3 persons. Out of these three persons, one person as the chairperson must lead the committees\/sub-committees. Chairperson may or may not belong to the Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation.<\/p>

    1) Operational Policy:<\/strong> Operational Policies are used for addressing the operational implications of services that are shared across departments. These policies address:<\/p>

    i) Treatment and patient care and other operational model of services
    ii) Capacity monitoring of all the staffs, and planning
    iii) The handling of policy exceptions and violations of rules and regulations The governing body of the Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation is responsible for preparation, maintenance and amendment (if requires) all the policies.<\/p>

    2) Financial Policy:<\/strong>
    i) The financial policy covers the accounting system, budget, financial reporting, payments, annual financial statements and tax policy. The Financial Policy defines the set of processors on financial administration tended only to provide practical information of organization terms of fiscalaccountability. The Finance Committee of Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation is responsible for all the financial operation of the organization.
    ii) Acceptance of donation: Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation is an NGO and accept all types of donations. But proper approval and clearance from Finance Committee is mandatory before accepting any donation(s).<\/p>

    3) Purchase Policy:<\/strong>
    i) The purchase committee of the Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation must have at least one person having relevant knowledge in purchase and not belong to the Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation. Committee select purchase items as per the need of the organization. For the products having value less than Rs. 1000 could be purchased directly with the proper single cash memo\/ bill\/ invoice. For purchase above RS. 1000 (through a single cash memo\/ bill\/ invoice), minimum three quotations are mandatory. Purchase committee would make final decision based on the lowest minimum quotation price and the quality of the product to be purchased. ii) The Purchase Committee of Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation is responsible for all the Purchase and related documentation for the organization.<\/p>

    4) Recruitment Policy:<\/strong>
    i) Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation first put a notice in the web site www.sonarpurmoonlightfoundation.com while initiating the recruitment process. People who clears the initial screening, have to appear for an interview to the recruitment board.
    ii) The recruitment board must have at least one subject expert must be present. Subject expert may be changed as per the subject of recruitment. All the applicants must undergo the screening process before their selection. Result will be published in the same web site.
    iii) The Recruitment Committee of Sonarpur Moonlight Foundation is responsible for all the Recruitment related works for the organization.<\/p>

    5) Cultural and Welfare Policy:<\/strong>
    Culture committee plays a pivotal role in promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive culture.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/li>\r\n
